Dear forum members

What is the general experience of turn around times for submitting papers to the Dublin probate registry.  This is for non resident beneficiary and executor grants where property and will is Irish.  Is it 6 weeks before first set of queries or what is the experience.  Thanks

In my time it all depended on how you approached it. If you personally bring the papers to the Probate Office, wait while they check them the process would only take 2 weeks.
